Customer Service Apprenticeships

The Customer Service apprenticeship is open to anyone who deals with customers on a regular basis. Typical duties would include answering customer questions/queries, providing information by phone, fax or e-mail, giving a positive impression of the organisation and help solve customer problems.

There are 2 forms of apprenticeship available in Customer Service, each made up of a framework of qualifications (click each for more details):

  • Customer Service FMA.pdf
  • Customer Service MA.pdf

TSW Training Advisers can advise you on which is more suitable for you or your organisation.

The apprenticeship will be centred on an NVQ, the units of which will be matched to the job role and duties of the person. The NVQs that are available through TSW are:

  • Customer Service Level 2.pdf
  • Customer Service Level 3.pdf
