This apprenticeship is open to people who are new to management and need to learn the skills and more experienced managers who want to gain formal qualifications.

The apprenticeship is made up of a framework of qualifications (click below for more details):

• Management MA 

The apprenticeship will be centred on an NVQ, the units of which will be matched to the job role and duties of the person. The NVQs that are available through TSW are:

• NVQ Management Level 3 
• NVQ Management Level 4 
• Quality Management Level 4 
• Operational Management Level 5
