Management Level 3
This programme is intended for first line managers who are able to demonstrate competence at the appropriate level in key areas that include managing activities, resources, people and information. This qualification is relevant to people who have:

Tightly defined areas of management responsibility

Some opportunity for taking decisions and managing budgets

Responsibility for achieving specific results by using resources effectively

Responsibility for the allocation of work to team members, colleagues or contractors

Management Level 4
This qualification is intended for middle managers who are able to demonstrate competence at the appropriate level in key areas that include managing activities, resources, people and information. This qualification is relevant to people who are responsible for:

Quality Management Level 4
This programme is intended for the quality manager or consultant who is able to demonstrate competence at the appropriate level in key areas that include managing activities, managing resources, managing people and managing information.
The emphasis of this programme is on the tactical aspects of quality management. The programme is designed for the hands-on manager who has the authority and personal skills to direct operations and to contribute towards organisational strategy.
Candidates often progress to this award by means of their organisational experience, role and responsibilities. This qualification is often taken by managers whose primary qualifications are not management but who have moved into a management role.
