National Vocational Qualifications
Throughout UK industry National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's) have become the accepted means of measuring a person’s competence to do a particular job. NVQs are critical to fulfilling employers’ ambitions to develop high skilled workforces.
TSW professionals can help businesses at every stage of the NVQ assessment process, whether at basic NVQ Level One or highly skilled Level Five.
Throughout the process candidates work closely with a fully qualified NVQ assessor who provides them with support, advice, and regular feedback on their progress.
An NVQ is made up of a number of units, carefully selected by the candidate and their assessor. This ensures the NVQ matches the candidate’s current job role or development preferences.
