IRCA Internal Auditing
This 2 day course is designed for delegates requiring the basic skills necessary to audit areas of their own organisation's processes and management systems as part of the internal audit programme.

IRCA Quality/Lead Auditor
This 5 day intensive course id designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to interpret a management systems standard (ISO 9001:2000) as a second party supplier or in the context of a third party certification audit.
The course is delivered by MFQ - Managing for Quality Ltd.
Course contents include:
- the process approach to QMS and auditing
- the 8 quality management principles
- the requirements of ISO 9001:2000
- how to plan, complete and report the audit of an entire QMS
The course is assessed by a 2 hour written examination.

Creative Problem Solving Techniques
This one day course is designed to provide team members with an understanding of team orientated problem solving within a creative environment, their role within the team and how to select and use basic problem solving tools to eliminate errors and implement Process Improvement.
Providing a structure for problem solving based on the 8D process this course will focus on continuous improvement, cause and effect diagrams and the role of team working.
The Lean Team Leader
Quite often the massive cost benefits offered by introducing Lean techniques (such as Workplace Organisation , Quick Changeovers , Waste reduction and Productive Maintenance systems) into your business are lost, because first line and middle management do not have the necessary skills to sustain the Lean programme.

This one day course will provide operators with a basic introduction to this Quality Improvement Tool to enable delegates to collect, plot and analyse data.
Users of SPC will gain an understanding of this method of process monitoring and improvement looking at a range of statistical tools, control charts and interpretation and implementation of SPC.
