This Level 2 qualification provides you with a stepping stone into management and supervisory skills. This qualification is aimed at employees who are team leaders rather than managers.

The NVQ is suitable for both new and experienced Team Leaders or Supervisors at the head of a small to medium sized team.

Typical duties would involve working closely with a team of others, organising work for others, monitoring Health and Safety for your area, monitoring progress and solving internal or external customer problems.
