TSW Training provides both accredited and non-accredited training programmes that meet the development needs of organisations and their employees. As part of this service we listen to our customers’ needs to create and deliver training solutions that effectively meet their strategic and operational objectives. The return on investment is realised through the development of high performing individuals and teams that directly contribute to the business operations through improved knowledge and skill levels.
TSW Training offer an open programme of training that allows organisations the flexibility to book smaller numbers on to courses to fulfil skill needs and achieve the development set out in their training and development plans. TSW Training has an exceptional reputation for producing bespoke and tailored training programmes specifically designed to meet each organisation’s specific requirements and deliver excellent transfer of learning back to the workplace.

TSW’s commercial arm possesses a Welsh Government (WG) contract for delivering funded Leadership and Management Development workshops to Welsh organisations as part of the ELMS programme.
TSW’s vocational/WBL arm delivers learning and development programmes both commercially and against the Welsh Assembly Governments Work Based Learning contract and has over 20 years experience as a main contractor. This vocationally focussed arm delivers holistic support to learners through a range of multi-vocational services including QCF’s, modern apprenticeships, Key Skills, Basic Skills, short accredited employability courses and VRQ’s. TSW has vast experience in delivering to both youth and adult learners and working with the long term unemployed and people on Incapacity benefit and Employment and Support Allowance.
TSW’s holistic approach supports learners in developing basic skills and employability competences, identifying a vocational path suitable at a level to meet their needs, providing progression routes from entry level basic skills through to higher learning at level four and five, and finding suitable sustained employment.
TSW has built extensive employer relationships and has a reputation for providing excellent candidates that meet their organisational needs. Through both TSW’s employed status and vocational arms this network of employers is ever-growing and provides an increasing number of employment opportunities for our learners.
