Overview

The two-day programme is aimed at Senior Managers across all industries who are planning on/thinking of developing and introducing a Lean Thinking Culture within their organisation, and are unsure where or how to begin on this demanding journey.

TSW’s Senior Lean Manufacturing Consultant has gained his working knowledge in the development of Lean Manufacturing Principles over a twenty-five-year period, working across three continents on the development of Lean in both small, medium and multinational organisations.

This programme is based on the key concepts of introducing Lean Manufacturing Principles into an established organisation, guiding attendees through the fundamental building blocks of Lean, modular development stages and successful implementation.

Setting up the Lean Development Team (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Workplace Champions (Facilitators)

• Workforce (Practitioners)

Pre-course preparation & assessment

There will be no pre-course preparation required however delegates are requested to complete a pre-course questionnaire that will be handed to the tutor before the first day of the course. This ensures that the course is delivered to the highest quality and is relevant to delegate’s needs and objectives.
