Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ) is the skill of understanding and managing others. It is a behavioural model of the understanding of the goals, intentions, responses and behaviour of
yourself and others. It is also the understanding of how to make the most of your relationships to achieve improved results.

This workshop will explore Emotional Intelligence concepts and its uses in professional and personal life.
