If you are a private SME based in South West Wales then you maybe eligible for up to 70% Funding towards Leadership & Management training….
TSW Training currently hold a contract with the Welsh Assembly Government to offer up to 70% funding to organisations based in South West Wales. This funding is available on a series of workshops, both accredited and non accredited.
What do we offer?
TSW can offer tailored Leadership and Management Workshop programmes, with content ranging from skills for First Line Managers, to Innovation, Inspirational and Strategic Leadership for Owners and Senior Managers.

Eligibility
Private Small to Medium sixed Enterprises (SME's) are eligible for up to 70% funding towards our development programmes.
Large Organisations are eligible for up to 50% funding towards our development programmes.
Where are these programmes delivered?
Various programmes are delivered on via our Open Programme which is held at our training facility in Bridgend. If you require training exclusively we can deliver the workshops:
- On site
- At TSW Training in Bridgend
- At a venue of your choice
