Programme Overview

Risk Assessment is the main element of The Management of Health and Safety regulations (1999), and forms the backbone of most legislation introduced recently.

This programme is devised to introduce the principles of risk assessment techniques and is ideal for those responsible for carrying out risk assessments in compliance with management of Health and Safety regulations (1999).
 

Course Objectives

  • To understand risk assessment techniques in compliance with the Management of Health and Safety at Work Act and recent legislation.
  • To identify action to be taken to comply with the regulations.
  • To carry out risk assessments within the work area.
  • To compile an action plan to reduce risks within the work area.
