The ‘Learner Voice’ is at the heart and ethos of TSW Training and the quality and success of your programme is paramount to us.
TSW provides a variety of activities that we encourage you to participate in. We want to involve you in your learning programme as much as possible and it is your chance to have your say.
Learner Voice Wales Survey
Each year we undertake an in-depth survey with all of our apprentices. This provides us with vital feedback to help us improve the learning experience of all TSW apprentices and we value your participation.
Focus groups
We ask you to review particular teaching and learning materials to give your opinion on whether you think these are suitable and would be beneficial to your programme.
TSW Learner Voice Survey
In addition to the Learner Voice Wales survey, we may send out questionnaires on specific themes or topics to help identify specific areas for improvement and to gain your input on planned developments.
Recognising achievement
We like to celebrate and congratulate the achievements of our apprentices, we do this through case studies where, with your permission we will share your story of your learning journey.
Local and National awards
There are times throughout your programme that we are asked to submit nominees for national awards. If appropriate we hope you would be willing to be nominated.
Skills Competitions
These are opportunities to demonstrate the skills you will develop through your learning programme on a competitive basis.
National and international competitions showcase and celebrate the skills of Wales and there may be the opportunity for you to get involved.
Apprenticeship Key Themes
If you sign up for an apprenticeship in Wales, you’ll learn about key themes embedded in its curriculum. The key themes are consistent across every apprenticeship in Wales.
