Amanda Bathory-Griffiths Head of Marketing TSW Training Apprenticeships

Amanda is Head of Marketing at TSW Training Apprenticeships.

She has more than a decade of experience producing branded content. She's worked in busy digital editorial teams in global agencies and companies.

She is a data journalism specialist and loves pulling apart complicated information to make it relevant and accessible for readers.

In previous roles, Amanda has written for Financial Times Advisor Blog. She also stepped into a product spokesperson role, appearing live on national radio, and reported track-side from the Rallye du Valais, interviewing sportspeople competing at an international level.

She joined TSW Training in 2020, working on the commercial side of the business. She collaborated with its in-house experts, including Andrew Wallbridge and Luke Pitt, to produce content that helps its clients improve health and safety knowledge and leadership and management practice.

Amanda moved over to the Apprenticeships side of the business as Head of Marketing in 2021.

Her articles are largely about the benefits of professional development investment, including the potential return on investment employers can realise through training and apprenticeships.

Amanda says:

"There are some amazing apprenticeship incentives available to employers. If you haven't hired an apprentice before, you might not be aware of the Welsh Government's £4,000 employer incentive scheme. It's a fund in place to aid economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, so you can continue to grow your business and develop teams skills, even if your income has taken a knock after lockdown."
