Amanda moved over to the Apprenticeships side of the business as Head of Marketing in 2021.
Her articles are largely about the benefits of professional development investment, including the potential return on investment employers can realise through training and apprenticeships.
"There are some amazing apprenticeship incentives available to employers. If you haven't hired an apprentice before, you might not be aware of the Welsh Government's £4,000 employer incentive scheme. It's a fund in place to aid economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic, so you can continue to grow your business and develop teams skills, even if your income has taken a knock after lockdown."
