Andy joined TSW Training Apprenticeships in 2018 as an Employer Engagement Advisor.
He offers advice and guidance to our customers and contacts about all aspects of fully funded apprenticeship qualifications.
His background is in customer service, customer retention and engagement. Plus he was also an account manager for the South Wales Chamber of Commerce.
His professional experience makes him a firm favourite with our clients, because he's always on hand to help. From health and safety checks, to awarding learner certificates and collecting the all-important customer feedback, Andy makes sure you're always getting the best service and that your apprentices are thriving.
