Frequently Asked Questions

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, requires employers to make sure they provide adequate and appropriate first aid equipment, facilities, trained first-aiders to ensure their employees receive instant attention if they are injured or become ill at work. The Regulations apply to all workplaces, including those with less than five employees and to the self-employed.
