Every employer has a responsibility and a legal duty to secure the health and safety of their employees. Failing to comply with legislation can not only result in fines and costly accidents and litigation, it can also lead to severe injuries or even death.

This course will enable directors from small and medium sized enterprises (up to 250 employees) to review policy and strategies and where necessary introduce changes to enhance safety culture in the workplace.

  • Recognising improvement in health & safety performance
  • Directors and employees statutory duties
  • Have an understanding of the principals of health and safety management at the most senior level
