Welsh Contact Centre Forum
Established in 1999 the WCCF was the first employer-led contact centre forum, offering strategic direction and support for contact centres in Wales. The contact centre business function covers a broad spectrum and, in representing the interests of member companies, the Forum works with many different departments of the Assembly Government, delivering extensive support and strategic direction to over 200 contact centres in Wales. This includes learning and skills, employment, community development, social inclusion, infrastructure, telecommunications, planning and the environment.
As a long standing member and sponsor of the WCCF, TSW has developed extensive knowledge of skills needs within the sector and has assisted with bespoke Leadership & Management and Health & Safety training for some of the leading contact centres in the UK.
